You'll receive an overview of the costs of all charging processes along with your monthly invoice. The invoice can be provided via the online portal or by email, as you prefer.

It is worthwhile obtaining an IONITY Plus package for all fully electric BMW vehicles⁶. It lets you charge at attractive rates at IONITY high-power charging stations across Europe (offer depends on the market).

Plug & Charge is a convenient public charging feature that no longer requires separate authentication by car or app at the charging station. As soon as you have set up Plug & Charge in a few simple steps, simply drive to a Plug & Charge-capable charging station and plug in your charging cable. That's all there is to it. Charging starts automatically and you are billed by BMW Charging or via another charging contract. Incidentally, you can sign up to multiple contracts for your vehicle. Check which charging stations support Plug & Charge in BMW Maps or in the My BMW App⁵. When you switch off your electric motor, the Goodbye screen also displays whether the nearest charging option is working, and which contract could be used for the nearest charging process.

In Europe, the IONITY High-Power Charging network (HPC) and other charging station operators are integrated directly in the BMW Charging offer. Additionally, you will be given your BMW Charging Card when your vehicle is delivered.
